The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions regarding privacy, the Member’s membership and use of the Website, as well as to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• Information must be updated when necessary
• No use of another person’s identity

The Member is responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information.

4. USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

• The Member is responsible for account security
• Unauthorized use must be reported immediately
• Account credentials must not be shared

• Do not harm system infrastructure
• Do not upload malicious content
• Do not overload the system

6. SERVICES PROVIDED

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Antalya Courts have jurisdiction.

16. EFFECTIVENESS

By becoming a member, the Member accepts all terms of this Agreement.
